EssureMAT combines a pressure controller, data logger, alarm, and transmitter in a simple control box. Designed for use with disposable embedded pressure sensors. Each channel can read pressure readings once per second. Display process pressure on an easy to read LCD. The system can be easily calibrated to zero using a single button. PressureMaT can also send outputs through 4-20 mA signals, or transmit RS-232 data through WinWedge or Hyperterminal software, suitable for conventional PC applications such as PressureMaT data acquisition software or Excel ®。

2、 Disposable pressure sensor

• It is an economical alternative to existing stainless steel sensors in the market
• Sensors are affordable, suitable for disposable systems, and can be reused

Sensors can be used to measure static and dynamic process pressure, and are a component suitable for use in systems that require sterilization, while reducing downtime. The sensor is equipped with an internal flow sensor, without blind pipe sections or flow path obstacles. All pressure sensors are made using facilities that are FDA approved and ISO13485 certified; Made of materials that purify indoor spaces using ISO Class 8 (previously 100000 types). The sensor is made of polycarbonate or corrosion-resistant polysulfone that meets USP Class VI. Both materials have undergone gamma ray stabilization treatment. During the manufacturing process, sensors are subjected to precision testing and leakage testing. Connect the sensor to a PressureMaT monitor with a 3.6-m-long reusable cable. The sensor can be used at pressures up to 5.3 bar.

Process range sensorCan be used as a barbed joint to directly connect with pipelines, for 1/4 ', 3/8', 1/2 ', and 3/4' or 1 'hose barbed.

Small range sensorCan be used for Ruhr connectors, by using 1/4 'or 3/8' barbed adapters three, sensors can be directly or indirectly connected to fluid pipelines with Ruhr adapters. Both connection settings have undergone precision testing.

Note: Disposable sensors can be used in conjunction with third-party pressure controllers.
